These terms cover your use of wearableapparels.com and any quote you request through it. By using the site you agree to them.

What this website is

This site describes our custom apparel manufacturing services and lets you request a quote. Information on the site — prices, minimums, timelines, product descriptions — is provided in good faith to help you plan. It is not a binding offer. A binding agreement is formed only when we and you confirm the specifics of an order in writing (specification, price, quantity, delivery terms).

Quotes and orders

Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us and are valid for the period stated. Final pricing depends on your approved sample, final specification, order quantity, and shipping method. Orders proceed on our standard terms: payment is made in three stages tied to progress — 40% to start production, 30% at a production milestone, and 30% before shipment — unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Your content

When you send designs, artwork, logos, or tech packs, you confirm you have the right to use them and to have them produced. You keep ownership of your designs — they stay yours, and we do not resell or reuse them. You’re responsible for ensuring your designs don’t infringe anyone else’s intellectual property.

Our content

The text, layout, and images on this site are ours or used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our consent.

Limits

We work hard to get every order right, and our quality checks catch most issues before shipment. To the extent allowed by law, the website is provided “as is”, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights that can’t be limited by law. Our responsibilities for an actual order are governed by the order terms we agree with you, not by this website notice.

We may update these terms or the site’s information from time to time. The version posted here is current.
