Payment & trust

How payment works

Every stage below is built so you never pay for something you haven't already seen. This is the same page we'd send you before asking for a single dollar — and it mirrors the standard, safe way international manufacturing is paid for, not something unusual we invented.

The payment structure

You only ever pay for what you've already seen.

This isn't a favor — it's the whole point of splitting payment into three stages. Each one is gated behind proof, so your money and our production stay in step, the whole way through.

140%

Raw materials & cutting

Your fabric is bought, dyed to spec, and cutting begins on our floor.

Before you pay: Billed only after you've approved your sample — a real, made garment, not a photo or a rendering.

230%

Visual progress verification

Production continues through sewing and assembly.

Before you pay: Billed only after we send photos or video of your specific order actually being cut and sewn — your fabric, your colors, on our floor, not stock imagery. Not "halfway done" on our word — you see it.

330%

Quality-control gateway

Your order is packed and handed to the courier.

Before you pay: Billed only after finished-goods photos or a QC video of the completed, packed run, so you see exactly what's shipping before it leaves our floor.

Verify us before you pay anything

Here's exactly how to check we're real.

A live video tour of our factory

Message us on WhatsApp and we'll walk you through our floor in Sialkot on a live video call — your camera, your questions, no script.

Our real location

Hajipura, Sialkot, Pakistan — the address every order ships from.

How to actually pay us

Bank wire (T/T) — the same secure, traceable method used across the international garment trade. Details are shared on your invoice, tied to your specific order, once your sample is approved.

What we will never ask you to do

  • Ask for full payment upfront, before any sample or production proof
  • Ask you to send money via Western Union, MoneyGram, or any other untraceable cash-transfer service — every payment is a traceable bank wire, invoiced to your order
  • Add new fees after production has already started
  • Refuse a live video call or factory tour before you commit to a bulk order

If something's wrong

Refund & dispute terms

Because each payment is tied to proof you've already seen, your risk at any point is capped at what you've already confirmed — never more. If the in-production photos or the finished-goods video don't match what was agreed on your approved sample, tell us before that stage's payment goes out: we fix it or hold the payment until it's right. We share live photos and video from mockup to packing, and you can request a video call at any point in the run, not just at the three checkpoints above.

For a specific order, put anything unusual — return shipping, partial-run remakes, timeline penalties — in writing before you pay the first deposit, the same way you would with any manufacturer anywhere.
