Wearable Apparels (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates wearableapparels.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and contact us for a quote, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form, the schedule-a-call form, or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email, business/brand name (if provided), the product type and quantity or the video-call time you're requesting, your country, and any details you add. If you reach us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep that correspondence to respond and follow up.

We also log basic visit data on every page — which pages you view, roughly how long you spend on them, and which links or buttons you click — to understand how people use the site. This is collected first-party, straight to our own server, never to an advertising company. Two identifiers are involved: a short-lived one that exists only for your current browser tab (dies when you close it, can't follow you across separate visits), and a longer-lived one stored locally in your browser (not a cookie — it doesn't get sent to other sites, and isn't shared with anyone) that lets us tell whether a visit is your first or a repeat, without needing your name or any other personal detail. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we don't collect any of this. Our team can also turn tracking off entirely for our own browsers when we're checking the live site, so our own visits don't get mixed into visitor stats.

We also record your IP address for each visit and use it, once, to look up your country — this lookup is sent to a third-party geolocation service (ipwho.is) over an encrypted connection; we keep the resulting country, and we keep the IP address itself in our own database, but we don't share the IP with anyone beyond that one lookup. This is the one point where an anonymous visitor's IP leaves our own server. If you go on to submit the quote form or book a call, that submission's details are separately linked to the pages you viewed beforehand, so we can see what you were interested in — this only happens for actual enquiries, never for anonymous browsing.

How we use it

Enquiry and booking details are used only to respond to you, prepare and send your quote or confirm your call, fulfil an order, and stay in touch about that order. Visit data is used only in aggregate, internally, to see which pages and content are actually useful to visitors. We do not sell your information, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.

Where it’s stored

Quote and call-booking submissions are emailed to info@wearableapparels.com and saved to a private database on our own web hosting, which we use to manage enquiries. Visit data is stored in that same private database. We keep records only as long as needed to serve you and keep normal business records.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. The visit-tracking described above does not use a cookie at all. This site does load a small number of third-party services: fonts served from our own hosting (no external font requests), and a live Instagram feed (via Behold) that fetches your most recent posts directly from Behold's servers so the homepage stays current without a manual update — Behold may log standard technical data (like IP address) the same way any web request does.

If we've enabled Google Analytics, it only loads after you actively accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit — declining (or ignoring it) keeps Google Analytics off entirely, and our own first-party visit tracking above keeps working regardless of your choice, since it isn't the kind of cookie that banner is about. If we add advertising trackers or other third-party embeds in future, we’ll update this policy first.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — emailinfo@wearableapparels.com and we’ll action reasonable requests. If you contact us from the EU, UK, or another region with data-protection laws, you may have additional rights under that law.
