Custom activewear · made on our own floor

Custom Activewear Manufacturer

350+ brands outfitted

  • From 30 pieces
  • For brands & teams
  • Made on our own floor

We make custom activewear and gym kit for fitness and athleisure brands — training tees, jerseys, and shorts in moisture-wicking, four-way-stretch fabrics with flatlock seams. Judged in use, not on a hanger, and made on our own floor in Sialkot.

Just share your idea. We review it and propose next steps within 24 hours.

From 30 pieces per design — but you start with a single-piece sample and approve it before you commit. Each colour counts as its own design.

Fabric

Performance starts with the fabric.

Training poly-spandex
88/12 polyester-spandex at 200–220 GSM — wicks, takes sublimation at full saturation, and recovers its shape.
Squat-proof knit
200 GSM and up with 12% spandex — opaque under stretch, the fabric leggings and tights need.
Nylon-spandex
A softer hand with strong four-way stretch, for a second-skin feel.
Breathable mesh
Engineered mesh zones placed where the body vents heat.
Compression knit
Higher-tension knit that holds shape and supports through a session.

Squat-proof is a fabric-and-weight question, and the sample is exactly what proves it — settle it before you commit a run.

Construction

Built to move, seamed to disappear.

Flatlock seams
Lie flush against skin instead of ridging — the difference between kit worn once and kit worn weekly.
Panels & gussets
Panel and gusset engineering for range of motion where the body actually bends.
Mesh placement
Ventilation mapped to where heat builds, not just where it looks technical.
Waistbands & liners
Bonded or elastic waistbands, and liners on shorts where they're trained in.
Stretch recovery
Fit tuned so the garment returns to shape wash after wash, not just on day one.
Labels & trims
Heat-transfer or bonded labels — no scratchy woven tags against skin — plus tags and packaging under your brand only.

Kit that gets worn weekly rather than once comes down to the seams and the panels — comfort you feel but don't see. Locked on the sample before any bulk is cut.

Decoration

Color that moves with the fabric.

Sublimation
The primary method — dyes the fiber, so color runs edge to edge and moves with the stretch without cracking. Needs a polyester-dominant fabric.
Heat-transfer vinyl
Names, numbers, and tonal marks that flex with the garment.
Embroidery
Small, stable logos on lower-stretch panels — kept off high-flex zones.
Reflective details
Heat-applied reflective trims for low-light training.
DTF
Small full-color hits on stable panels, used sparingly on high-stretch fabric.

Sublimation is almost always the right call on performance fabric — send the artwork and we'll confirm before you commit anything.

How it works

Talk to the founder, approve the sample, then we make it.

No RFQ stack, no factory shortlist to compare — one floor, one conversation, from first idea to shipped run.

01
Talk to the founder

Share your idea, tech pack or a garment you own. A real person reviews it and proposes next steps within 24 hours.

02
Approve a sample

We make a single piece in 7–10 days. Check it, change what you want, approve it — before any bulk commitment.

03
We cut & sew it

Your approved sample becomes the reference the whole run is held to, on our floor in Sialkot.

04
Watch it made

Book a live factory tour on video, or get progress photos from the floor as your run moves.

05
Finish & ship

Your labels, hangtags and packaging. Worldwide shipping in 4–7 days once it's ready.

MOQ & pricing

Your price is five decisions.

Fabric & weight
GSM, spandex content, and mesh each price differently — the biggest single lever on performance kit.
Construction
Flatlock seaming, gussets, panels, and liners add build time.
Quantity
From 30 pieces per design; unit price falls as the run grows. Each color counts as its own design.
Decoration
Coverage mostly — an all-over sublimated jersey and a simple logo price differently.
Trims & private label
Bonded labels, reflective trims, tags, and packaging.

Payment follows proof: 40% to start production, 30% at a production milestone, 30% before shipment — and you approve the sample before any bulk deposit.
