Private label manufacturing · Sialkot
Your brandYour labelOur factory
We cut, sew and finish your streetwear under your label — your fabric, your fit, your trims — in our own building. No middle agent, no relabeled blanks you never saw made.
Private label means the garment is yours from the fabric up. You bring the design, the fit and the brand; we handle patterning, sampling, cutting, sewing and finishing — then ship it packed and labeled as your product.
You talk to the people who run the machines, not a sales layer in front of them. If a seam, a wash or a trim needs to change, the person who can change it is on the call.
Which one is you?
White label
Our existing blanks, your label. Fastest and cheapest, but the garment isn't made to your spec.
Private label
Made to your spec, under your brand — your fabric, fit and trims. The garment is designed with you and produced only for you.
Custom cut & sew
From your tech pack or sketch — patterned, sampled and sewn from scratch. The most control, the longest lead time.
The process
Five steps from your idea to your order.
The same path every order takes. You see and approve the garment before we produce a single extra piece.
Share your idea
Send your tech pack if you have one. If you don't, send a sketch or a reference garment and we build the tech pack with you.
We quote and confirm
Fabric, construction, quantity and price — laid out clearly within 24 hours, before anything starts.
We sew your sample
One garment, usually within 7 days. You approve it before you commit to a run of 30 or more.
You approve, we produce
Your full run is cut and sewn on our own floor in 3–5 weeks, to the sample you signed off.
We ship
Packed and labeled as your product, tracked to your door in 4–7 days.
You don't need to be an established brand.
First run, first label, no tech pack yet — we build the spec with you, start at 30 pieces per style, and grow from there. Around half the labels we sew for placed their first order with us.
Weights built for streetwear
Our house fabrics for hoodies, tees and heavyweight pieces. Hover a row for the texture. Other weights are available on request.
Decoration is the same story — screen printing, DTF, sublimation, embroidery, puff printing, rhinestones and studs, acid/stone wash, sun fade and vintage wash — applied to your spec, on your fabric, not pulled from a fixed options list.
Payment
Paid in three stages, not all up front.
A 40/30/30 split, so your money moves with the work. You never pay for a run before you've approved the sample.
Due only after you approve your sample. Locks your production slot and buys the fabric for your run.
Paid once your approved sample is in production on the floor.
Settled when your order is finished, packed and ready to ship.
The founder
Talk to the person who runs the floor.
Khaleeq runs the factory in Sialkot. When you book a call, you're not talking to an account manager — you're talking to the person who can change a seam, source a fabric, or pull a sample forward, because he's the one who decides.
Bring your idea, your questions, or a garment you want matched. Fifteen minutes on video is usually enough to know whether we're the right factory for you.

30 pieces per style. You can mix sizes and colors within that style, and run several styles together — so a 3-style drop is a 90-piece order.
A first sample ships in 7–10 days. Bulk production runs 3–5 weeks after you approve that sample, then 4–7 days in transit — so most first orders land 5–8 weeks from the day your spec is final. We confirm your exact timeline with the quote.
Yes. A tech pack is what your production actually runs from — measurements, fabric, trims, stitch and print placement — so every order needs one. If you don't have it yet, send a sketch, a reference garment or photos and our team builds it with you before sampling. You approve it before we cut.
Yes — book a live factory walkthrough and we'll show you the floor on video, machines running, before you pay a deposit. Tours run Monday–Thursday and Saturday, 11am–7pm PKT; evening founder calls run 7–11pm PKT any day.
A 40/30/30 split: 40% deposit to begin, 30% at production, 30% before dispatch. Nothing is due upfront — you approve a sample before any of the three payments, and a single sample can be ordered on its own before you commit to 30 pieces.
