We make custom football jerseys — sublimated or cut-and-sew, matched across the roster, with a different name and number on every piece. Cut, sewn and numbered on our own floor in Sialkot, and kept on file so next season still matches.

Sublimation gives edge-to-edge colour, gradients and numbers with no added weight. Cut-and-sew gives panelled colour-blocking and contrast shoulders with a more structured feel. We'll sample whichever fits your design.
Yes — a lighter, closer cut with no shoulder-pad allowance, built for league play. Same minimum, same per-piece names and numbers.
Yes. Youth through 5XL in a single order against your minimum — a roster is never one size, and mixed sizing doesn't change the price.
From 30 pieces per design, and each jersey can carry a different name and number at the same price. Personalisation never raises the minimum.
Yes. Give us the colour references and we match them on the sample; a shared colour across jersey and sideline fabrics may need a lab dip, which we flag up front rather than hope.
No. We quote DDP: freight, duty, VAT and carrier fees are paid before the parcel lands, and each is shown as a separate line on your quote. Rates change, so we re-check them before every quote rather than publishing a number that goes stale. If destination duty law changes between quote and dispatch, we re-quote before shipping.
Yes — through PNAC-accredited labs (TTI Labs, SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) to AATCC 61 for washing and AATCC 15 for perspiration, at the grade written into your PO. The report is issued in your name, not ours.
Your patterns, size spec, colour standard, fabric GSM, trims and print files stay on file for two years, and reorders are cut from that file. If a mill, fabric or line ever changes, you are told first and you approve a re-sample before bulk.
